Your vacation in Morocco should include a visit to the Middle Atlas Mountains. It is a quiet region, rich in oak, cork and giant cedar forests, the Middle Atlas is such a beautiful and rarely visited region.
In the Middle Atlas, we visited many places such as: Immouzer, a mountain station (1350 m) 36 km from Fez that goes to Ifrane, is the ideal place for climbing and walking. Its source in Ain Soltane produces first class water.
Ifrane, located 1650 m above sea level and 60 km from Fez, in a beautiful cedar and oak forest, is a winter and summer resort with its sloping roofs, which, like Europeans, are secured with red tiles. It is the perfect haven for climbing, horseback riding, mountain biking and cross-country skiing, as well as hunting and fishing. 16 km from Ifrane, city of Azrou, which has settled at 1200 m above sea level, it is best to see the free monkeys around the cedar forest (it is good that you bring some takeaway pictures with monkeys). There are also fascinating wood carvings that regularly talk to creatures.
